A Bit About Dr. Chilukuri Raviteja

Dr. Chilukuri Raviteja has completed his MD Psychiatry from the eminent Katuri Medical College & Hospital, Guntur.  He has been publicly speaking on Mental Health, Addiction, Stress management and Work life balance on platforms like public schools, IT companies and many more. He has presented his research work in Psychiatry in various National and Regional Scientific Summits. He has been keen on working in the field of Perinatal Psychiatry, Addiction Psychiatry, Stress related Mental disorders and Old-age Mental Health and Dementias. He believes that Mental Health is an indispensable aspect of overall health and wellbeing. He stresses preventive aspects of mental health where lifestyle modifications, adaptive thinking and coping strategies patterns can help us all lead a positive life. He also has been working with the best team on Neuromodulation for psychological disorders, which he believes is a non-invasive and effective adjunct to conventional modes of management.

Deaddiction management involves identification of Problem drinking, Alcohol dependence, Smoking/ Tobacco addiction, other drugs addiction and internet/digital/gaming addiction. Short term and long-term management which includes medical management, motivational enhancement techniques, family interventions and social rehabilitation.

Extensive experience of management of Depression and Anxiety disorders of all ages. The management includes counselling and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Activation, Problem Solving Strategies, Relaxation Therapies and Medicines.

Old Age Mental Health and Dementia

Special experience backed by research area of interest in Dementia and old-age Mental Health. Dementia management includes medical management, cognitive exercises, family interventions and Activities of Daily Living (ADL) support.
