Refund Policy

We aim to provide the best possible experience for our patients. If for any reason you need to cancel a virtual appointment, we offer a straightforward refund process, as outlined below.

Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your virtual consultation at least 1 hour before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund or may incur a cancellation fee as per our policy.

Refund Process

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process a full refund within 2-3 working days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking.

How to Request a Cancellation and Refund

To cancel your virtual appointment and request a refund, please follow one of the methods below:

  • Online: On the bookings page on our Website, follow the steps to cancel your appointment.

  • Email: Send your cancellation request to chilclinic@proton.me with your name, appointment details, and reason for cancellation.

Processing Time

After we receive your cancellation request, we will review and confirm the cancellation. Your refund will be processed within 2-3 working days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided in the following situations:

  • Cancellations made after1 hour of the scheduled appointment.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled virtual consultation without prior notice (no-show).

  • Cancellations made due to technical issues on the patient’s side (e.g., poor internet connection) unless reported in advance and rescheduled as per our policy.
